Policy for Maintenance, Carpentry, and Plumbing Services: 1. Purpose & Scope- Follow Guidelines as per company policies and provide scope to clients. 2. Standards and Responsibilities- Quality Assurance, Compliance, Timely Services, Professional conduct and approved materials to be arranged. 3. Compliance & Documentations- Completion of job, further recommendations & compliance would be followed by Diljan.
Cancellation Policy
1. No Cancellation After PO Issuance: Once a Purchase Order (PO) has been issued and acknowledged by DILJAN INTERNATIONAL, the order is considered final and binding. No cancellations will be accepted after PO issuance, and the client will be liable for the full value of the agreed service or project scope. 2. Cancellation Before PO Issuance: Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or official correspondence) and must be acknowledged by DILJAN INTERNATIONAL. 3. Non-Refundable Components: Any materials purchased, special orders, or subcontracted work specific to the project before cancellation will be billed and are non-refundable. 4. Cancellation by DILJAN INTERNATIONAL: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services in cases of Non-compliance by the client (e.g., access issues, safety concerns) or Force majeure events (e.g., weather, government restrictions) or Failure to provide required documentation, approval, or support. In such cases, any advance payments for unutilised services may be refunded or adjusted, excluding expenses already incurred.
