Cancellation Policy
At DILJAN INTERNATIONAL, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining clear, professional agreements with our clients. This cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which a project or order may be cancelled. 1. No Cancellation After LPO Issuance Once a Local Purchase Order (LPO) has been issued and accepted by DILJAN INTERNATIONAL, the order is considered final and non-cancellable. Any cancellation requests after LPO issuance will not be accepted, and the client will be liable for the full amount stated in the LPO. 3. Non-Refundable Items Any custom-ordered materials, special tooling, or third-party services procured specifically for the client’s project will be non-refundable, and the cost will be borne by the client. 4. Cancellation by DILJAN INTERNATIONAL We reserve the right to cancel services due to force majeure, safety risks, or non-compliance by the client. In such cases, clients will be informed promptly, and any payments made will be refunded, excluding costs already incurred. 5. Amendments & Rescheduling Clients may request to reschedule instead of cancel, subject to availability and mutual agreement. Requests for rescheduling made 7 or more days in advance will not incur additional charges.
